I'm Julia de la Palma, a designer and product lead from Spain.

At Seedtag, I decide what some of our internal web tools should do, and then I design them: I talk to the people who use them, choose what gets built and what does not, and lead a team of three.

I also write code. In small teams that means I can implement my own ideas. In larger ones, it means I can speak both languages, and understand the cost of my decisions.

Outside work, I'm a hobbyist artist and a believer in the slow life. That's why craft finds its way into my work whenever it earns its place: check out Orgullo y Postales to see how.
